Review requests for orthodontists.Written for orthodontic practices.
What a good one does
Updated
An orthodontic review request lands best at a milestone: braces off, aligners finished or a first consultation that answered a family's questions. Send it to every patient or parent with your Google review link, keep anything clinical out of it, and reply to reviews without confirming treatment. Rewards, raffles and points must never be tied to reviews.

Questions people ask.Short answers.
Can we run a review raffle for patients?
No. Google doesn't allow incentives for reviews, including prize draw entries.
When's the best time to ask?
At a milestone, such as braces off or aligners finished, and after a first consultation whether or not the family goes ahead.
Can parents leave the review?
Yes. Ask whoever made the decisions and attended, usually the parent for younger patients.
