Damex Digital ("Damex", "we") runs damex.digital. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms: your name, business name, city, trade, website, email address and, if you choose, your mobile number.
- Business information we gather to deliver our services, such as your public listings, reviews and how AI engines describe your business.
- Website usage data, if you allow analytics: Google Analytics measures visits and interactions, and Microsoft Clarity records page interactions and creates heatmaps. Clarity masks sensitive text and form inputs. We do not run these tools until you allow analytics.
How we use it
- To run your free check and send you the results.
- To provide the services you sign up for, including reports and support.
- To reply when you contact us or book a call.
- To understand and improve the website when you allow analytics.
- To send service and marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Text messages
We only text you if you opt in. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our SMS terms.
Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that help us run Damex, such as hosting, email delivery, payments and AI model providers. With your permission, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity receive website usage data. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and delete it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
Use the Analytics preferences button on the site to allow or reject analytics or change your choice. Rejecting analytics stops Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity on subsequent page loads.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by emailing contact@damex.digital.
