These terms cover your use of damex.digital and the services Damex Digital ("Damex", "we") provides. By signing up you agree to them.
Our services
Damex provides AI visibility and marketing services carried out by our team, as described on our services page and in the package you choose.
Packages and billing
- Packages are priced per location per month, billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. They run month to month.
- There are no setup fees on any package.
- You can change package at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and the price difference for the rest of the current month is prorated.
- You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't refund the current month unless the law requires it.
- Ad spend is billed by Google, Meta or other platforms directly to your own accounts. It is not part of our fees.
Free trial and guarantee
On day 0 we run 25 buyer questions across 5 engines, which is 125 answers, and count the answers that name or cite your business. On day 14 we run the same questions again. The needle moved if the day-14 count is higher than the day-0 count.
- No card is needed to start.
- Moved: we ask for payment details, and billing for your package starts on day 15.
- Not moved: you owe nothing, we never ask for payment details, and you keep all 6 articles and every fix.
- You can cancel any time before day 15, whatever the result.
- The 14-day clock pauses while access we asked for is missing. If it is still missing 7 days after sign-up, the trial ends and nothing is charged.
- One trial per business. A business with several locations trials its first location.
- Custom engagements get a scoped two-week trial agreed on the call.
- This promise is about measured movement. We do not promise a position in any AI answer.

No guaranteed placements
No one controls how AI engines or search engines rank or recommend businesses. We measure and report results, but we do not guarantee any placement, ranking or number of leads.
Your part
You confirm you have the right to give us access to the accounts and content you share, and that the information you provide about your business is accurate. We will never post fake reviews or misleading claims on your behalf.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
