Review requests for chiropractors.Written for chiropractic practices.

What a good one does

Updated

A chiropractic review request should be warm, brief and free of anything clinical. Send it to every patient after a visit with your Google review link, and remind them they don't need to share health details. When reviews arrive, reply without confirming the person is a patient or mentioning their care, because federal regulators have fined providers for exactly that.

  • Posting patient testimonials without written HIPAA authorization.
  • Asking only patients who seem pleased.

Questions people ask.Short answers.

What can a chiropractor say in a review reply?

Thank the reviewer and invite them to call. Don't confirm they are a patient or mention care. HHS has fined providers for disclosing patient information in replies.

Can we turn good reviews into testimonials on our site?

HHS says a valid written HIPAA authorization is generally needed before posting a patient's information in a testimonial.

Is it fine to ask every patient?

Yes. Google allows asking for genuine reviews without incentives, as long as you don't single out happy patients.
