Missed-call texts for roofers.Written for roofing companies.
What a good one does
Updated
A roofing missed-call text has to handle two very different callers: someone with water coming through the ceiling and someone planning a replacement. Reply within a minute, sort them with one question, and ask for the address and photos taken from the ground. Never ask a homeowner to climb up. One message with a STOP line, then wait for their reply.

Questions people ask.Short answers.
What should a roofer text after a storm?
Your name, a request for the address and ground-level photos, a clear 'don't go on the roof', and when you'll be in touch.
Can I say we work with insurance?
Yes, if you do. Don't promise a claim will be approved; the insurer decides that.
Should I ask for photos?
Photos taken from the ground or from inside, such as a ceiling stain, help you sort urgent jobs. Never ask anyone to climb up.
