The short answer
Updated
A chiropractic practice should choose Chiropractor as its primary category on Google Business Profile, with one profile for the practice and separate profiles only for public-facing chiropractors. Add secondaries such as Massage therapist only if licensed staff provide that service. Keep insurance details and hours current, avoid health claims in posts, and never reply in a way that confirms someone is a patient.
Your categories.Primary first.
The primary category tells Google what you mainly are. Secondary ones add the other work you do.

Questions people ask.Short answers.
Should each chiropractor have a profile?
Public-facing chiropractors can, named with their own name only. The practice keeps its own profile too.
Can we add Massage therapist?
Only if licensed massage therapists work at the practice. Categories should describe services you really provide.
Can posts make health claims?
Keep posts to practical tips and practice news. Google restricts misleading health or medical information.
