Facebook says Google may index public Pages, and Meta says public posts helped train its own AI. We found no statement that ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity receive Page data, so keep the Page accurate and active rather than counting on it for AI answers.

Do I need a personal profile to make a Page?

Yes. Facebook says you need a personal Facebook profile to create a Page.

When does my Page show a star rating?

Only if recommendations are turned on, and Facebook may not show a rating until the Page has at least five reviews.

Does Facebook check that reviewers were customers?

No. Facebook says it doesn't verify that reviewers bought the product or used the service, but it removes reviews that break its spam policies.
