Bing Places for Business. What AI reads there.

A platform that AI assistants may draw on. What is documented, who it matters for, and how to fix your listing. Cost: Free.

The short answer

Updated

Bing Places for Business is Microsoft's free listing service for Bing search and Bing Maps, now at bing.com/forbusiness. Microsoft Copilot answers from the Bing index, but Microsoft doesn't document Copilot using Bing Places data today and has described deeper Copilot integration as a plan. You can import your Google profile, which makes it one of the quickest listings to fix.

Yes. Since October 2025 it lives at bing.com/forbusiness, and the old bingplaces.com address redirects there.

Can I copy my Google profile into Bing Places?

Yes. Bing lets you import from Google, and when listings match it uses Google's data to overwrite the Bing Places listing.

Can I hide my address?
