- What is a campaign credit?
- One credit covers one campaign email sent from a connected mailbox. Business and Agency credits reset each 30-day period, while pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and are used after period credits.
- How do I pay?
- Choose a plan in the app to get an order, pay by bank transfer, bKash or Nagad, then submit your payment reference. Access starts after Damex checks the payment and approves the order.
- Can I pay in Bangladeshi taka?
- Yes. Prices are listed in US dollars, and your order shows the exact taka amount or a quote from Damex before you pay.
- What does lifetime mean?
- The founding lifetime plan lasts for as long as Damex operates Damex Email Sender. It is limited to 50 approved orders and its monthly limits do not grow over time.
- Does warmup guarantee inbox placement?
- No. Warmup exchanges mail among mailboxes enrolled on Damex Email Sender on a gradual ramp, and placement still depends on your domain, content and sending habits.
- Which mailboxes can I connect?
- Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and any provider that offers SMTP and IMAP access. The mailboxes and domains stay yours, and you pay your provider for them.
