Google doesn't allow asking for reviews that name staff. - Sending the request before the new system has run for a day. - Offering a discount on the next tune-up in return for a review. ## FAQs ### When should an HVAC company ask for a review? After the system has been running long enough for the customer to notice, often the same day for a repair and a day or two after an install. ### Can my techs ask for reviews in person? They can mention it, but Google doesn't allow pressuring customers to review while you're on site. A text after you leave is better. ### Can I ask customers to mention the tech?
