# Reviews

> The Damex reviews program asks your real customers for reviews after each job, with their consent, and replies to every review in your voice.

Included in Growth and Authority. Review requests after each job with the customer's consent, and a reply to every review.

## What you get

- Review requests by text or email after each job
- A reply to every review, positive or negative
- Alerts for reviews that need your attention

How it's measured: New reviews per month, average rating and reply time.

## How it works

1. After each job, we ask the customer for a review by text or email, with their consent.
2. Every customer is asked the same way, with your direct Google review link.
3. A specialist writes a reply to every review, positive or negative, in your voice.
4. You're alerted to reviews that need your attention.

## What it doesn't do

- Writing or buying reviews. Fake reviews break platform rules and US law.
- Rewards for reviews, or asking only happy customers.
- Asking for Yelp reviews. Yelp asks businesses not to.

## FAQs

### Do you write reviews?

Never. Fake reviews break platform rules and US law. We only ask real customers.

### What about bad reviews?

You are alerted right away, and a specialist drafts a calm, specific reply.
