Starter is $350, Essentials is $750, Growth is $1,500, Authority is $3,000 a month per location. Multi-location groups and national brands get a Custom quote. Add-ons run from $149 a month. ### What does the free trial cost? Nothing. The trial runs 14 days and needs no card. You pay nothing unless the needle moved. Payment details are asked for only after the day-14 report shows the needle moved. ### How do you decide the needle moved? On day 0 we run 25 buyer questions across 5 engines, which is 125 answers, and count the answers that name or cite your business. On day 14 we run the same questions again. The needle moved if the day-14 count is higher than the day-0 count. ### What do I keep if it didn't move? Everything. You owe nothing, we never ask for payment details, and you keep the 6 articles and every fix. ### Is there a setup fee? No. No package has a setup fee. You pay the monthly price and nothing else, apart from ad spend that Google and Meta bill to you directly. ### Is there a contract? No. Packages are month to month. Cancelling stops all future charges. ### Can I switch packages? Yes, at any time, up or down. The change starts straight away, and the price difference for the rest of your billing period is prorated. ### Do you offer refunds?
